What is Your Return Policy?

If you select a gifting option, which includes purchasing your Kuvée dispenser outright on kuvee.com, we provide you with the opportunity to return the Kuvée dispenser within 30 days if you are not satisfied.

For Members

If you cancel your subscription to Kuvée before 12 membership shipments have passed, you are required to return your Connect™. When you initiate the cancellation process, you will be provided with instructions on how to return your dispenser. Please note: Dispenser rental fees are non-refundable.

To return your Connect, please contact Customer Service at support@kuvee.com or call 1-877-277-WINE during business hours to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We will provide you a return shipping label. If you are returning a dispenser which you have purchased outright, we will reimburse you (excluding all shipping costs) for the purchase price of the returned Kuvée dispenser no later than thirty (30) days from the date of our receipt of the returned product accompanied by the applicable RMA.

After being a subscriber for 12 shipments or longer the Connect is now yours to keep, there is no need to return the dispenser. At this point, if you return the dispenser there will be no reimbursement. However, if you cancel your membership and no longer have use for it we would like that you send it back to us .

Please note: opened FreshPour™ wine bottles are non-returnable and will not be refunded. You will only be refunded for the dispenser and any returned unopened wine bottles.
