My Connect™ Isn't Charging.

There are a few things you should try.

  1. Before all else, please confirm that wall outlet you are plugging into is working.
  2. Make sure you are using the power adapter that came with your Connect to attach to your charger. Alternate charging options (like USB outlets, USB plugs on other devices) can have variable current and when the battery is low, it can cause it to not take a charge correctly.
  3. Place the Connect on the charger for 20 minutes.
  4. Try holding down the grape button for 10 seconds. This should reboot your Kuvée.

If the Connect still isn't charging, please contact and let us know the serial number on the bottom of your dispenser and anything out of the ordinary that might have happened so that we can further investigate.
